We created an open plan office in a modern, airy style, with exposed services, attractive luxury LVT flooring and crisp LED light fittings. Offices and Partitions: Using critical effect glazing to create two meeting rooms we were able to utilise all of the natural light from the external windows making every inch of the office space feel bright and airy. Breakout area: Supplying a functional kitchen with plenty of storage space but with a modern feel using 2-tone soothing colours to create a calming atmosphere. Open plan: Providing future flexibility and lot limiting the opportunities for future tenants Plain decor on principal walls: Allowing future tenant to put their own stamp on the office space. Lighting: Suspended LED lighting allowing us to set the fittings below the level of exposed services, allowing for them to be a feature but not illuminated and creating unwanted shadows. Flooring: Using a high quality LVT provides the client with a long-lasting product but also make the most of the office space and using the herringbone patter increases the visual look and feel. Furnishing: Providing practical furniture but with carefully selected colours to provide that standout impression the client wanted any potential tenants to leave with. Exposed services: By removing the old suspended grid provides the feeling of a much higher ceiling which opens up the space and with the exposed services provide a modern rustic style.
