Exposed services: By removing the old suspended grid provides the feeling of a much higher ceiling which opens up the space and with the exposed services provide a modern rustic style.
Lighting: Suspended LED lighting allowing us to set the fittings below the level of exposed services, allowing for them to be a feature but not illuminated and creating unwanted shadows.
Flooring: Using a high quality LVT provides the client with a long-lasting product but also make the most of the office space and using the herringbone patter increases the visual look and feel.
